How our team works
We track every project, not just the ones paying for placement
Our team maintains profiles on 222 developments across 20 BC cities. Coverage is never determined by advertising. If it is being built and it is for sale, it belongs here.
Every listing is reviewed before it is published
Pricing, availability, completion timing and unit details are checked against the developer’s own materials. Our team works through the full catalogue every week and updates what has changed. Nothing reaches the site without a person approving it.
We go further than a listing
Walk and transit scores, nearby schools and amenities, SkyTrain proximity, deposit structures, and full profiles of the 112 developers building across the province, including what else they have built and where.
Accuracy is the product
A new home is the largest purchase most people will ever make. The information behind that decision should be held to a higher standard than marketing copy.
That is the standard our team works to. Every figure on this site is checked against the developer’s own materials before it is published, and checked again the following week. Where our research and a third-party listing disagree, we go back to the source and resolve it.
