The Vision
Oakridge Park is a 28-acre mixed-use redevelopment at West 41st Avenue and Cambie Street, co-developed by Westbank and QuadReal Property Group. The site transforms the former Oakridge Centre into a transit-oriented city centre combining residential towers, retail, office space, and public amenities. The project carries a total development cost of roughly $6.5 billion and sits directly above the Oakridge-41st Avenue Canada Line station, making it one of the most transit-connected developments in Vancouver. Westbank, founded in 1992, has built over $25 billion in real estate projects across North America, including Shaw Tower, Shangri-La Vancouver, and the Woodward's redevelopment. Oakridge Park's architecture is led by Henriquez Partners, supported by international design collaborators including Piero Lissoni and Clémande Burgevin Blanchman. The City of Vancouver designated Oakridge as a Municipal Town Centre, the first such designation outside of downtown, reflecting the scale and long-term significance of the project.

About Westbank
Westbank is one of North America's leading developers, known for projects that pair architectural ambition with cultural programming. Founder Ian Gillespie has described Oakridge Park as "a place for people to be inspired," reflecting the project's positioning as a cultural and civic hub rather than a conventional residential development. QuadReal Property Group, Westbank's co-developer on the project, manages a global real estate portfolio with $98.5 billion in assets under management.
